What drivers ask first
What do you pay?
It depends on the seat — company driver, owner-operator and shop are three different pay structures. A recruiter gives you the figure for the one you are applying to, along with what it depends on. We would rather tell you on the phone than post an average that turns out not to be yours.
How much experience do I need?
Ask us. Requirements differ by seat and by lane, and less experience than the standard does not end the conversation automatically — it goes to a person.
Will I be home every day?
Not necessarily, and we will not tell you otherwise. Home time depends on the lane you run. The recruiter will tell you what a specific lane actually looks like before you accept it.
What would disqualify me?
Not holding a valid Class A CDL stops a driver application outright, as does being in the SAP program. A DUI, DWI or a violation on your record goes to a safety review carried out by a person rather than to an automatic no.
What documents do you need?
A valid Class A CDL and a current medical card to start. After that we run your MVR and PSP, verify previous employment and complete a safety review before orientation. We ask for your written authorization before running any of it.
Where is the yard?

Can I run as an owner-operator?
Yes. Bring the truck details — year, make, model, whether it is road-ready and insured, and whether you need a trailer — and a recruiter will walk you through the dispatch percentage and any operating charges before you sign anything.
