BILATO LLC is a motor carrier. This website exists to describe the company, publish open driving and shop positions, and let candidates apply or request information.
Information on this website is provided for general informational and recruiting purposes. It describes positions as they are offered at the time of publication and may change without notice.
Nothing on this website is an offer of employment, a contract, or a promise of continued employment.
2. Driver Applications and Inquiries
When submitting information through our website, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
BILATO LLC may use submitted information to:
- respond to your inquiry;
- contact you regarding a position;
- schedule an interview, road test, or orientation;
- evaluate your qualifications and safety history;
- request documents and authorizations;
- complete onboarding; and
- communicate with you based on your consent preferences.
Providing false or misleading information on an application is grounds for disqualification, and for termination if discovered after hire.
Submitting a form does not create an employment relationship, guarantee that a position is available, or require BILATO LLC to make an offer.
3. SMS Messaging Program
Program Name: BILATO LLC SMS Messaging Program.
BILATO LLC may send SMS/text messages to individuals who voluntarily provide their phone number and expressly consent to receive SMS communications.
Depending on the consent provided, messages may include:
Non-Marketing Messages
- application follow-ups;
- interview, road test, and orientation scheduling;
- appointment confirmations and reminders;
- requested information about a position;
- document and paperwork reminders;
- qualification and onboarding updates;
- application status notifications;
- recruiter replies; and
- other communications related to your application or active employment.
Marketing Messages
- open driving positions;
- company news and announcements;
- pay package or benefit updates;
- referral and sign-on bonus programs;
- hiring events and job fairs;
- promotional offers;
- invitations to apply or re-apply; and
- similar recruiting or promotional communications.
Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is not required as a condition of applying or of being considered for a position.
4. SMS Opt-In

8. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS delivery depends on mobile carriers, networks, devices, and other systems outside the complete control of BILATO LLC.
BILATO LLC does not guarantee delivery of every SMS message.
9. Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to use the BILATO LLC SMS service or to submit an application through this website.
Minimum age requirements for a particular driving position are set by federal and state regulation and by company policy, and may be higher.

11. Employment Information and Pay
Any descriptions of pay, miles, home time, routes, equipment, benefits, bonuses, or working conditions published on this website or communicated during recruiting are estimates and descriptions of programs as they exist at the time, unless expressly guaranteed in a separate written agreement.
Actual earnings depend on factors including miles run, freight availability, lanes, seasonality, hours of service, fuel and equipment costs for owner-operators, time off, and individual performance.
BILATO LLC does not guarantee any specific weekly pay, mileage, number of loads, home time schedule, or length of employment unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
Where employment is at will, either you or BILATO LLC may end the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice, subject to applicable law and to any separate written agreement.
12. Applicant and Driver Responsibilities
Applicants and drivers are responsible for:
- providing accurate and complete information on applications and in communications;
- holding and maintaining a valid commercial driver’s license of the required class and endorsements;
- holding and maintaining a valid medical examiner’s certificate;
- disclosing accidents, violations, license suspensions, and prior employment as required;
- complying with hours-of-service and recordkeeping requirements;
- complying with drug and alcohol testing program requirements;
- operating equipment safely and in compliance with applicable law;
- reporting accidents, injuries, breakdowns, and safety concerns promptly; and
- keeping contact information current.
13. Driver Qualification and Safety Screening
As a motor carrier, BILATO LLC is required to verify that each driver is qualified and to maintain a driver qualification file.
Hiring is conditional on satisfactory completion of the checks required by law and by company policy, which may include a motor vehicle record review, a Pre-Employment Screening Program report, verification of previous employment and safety performance history, a drug and alcohol Clearinghouse query, pre-employment testing, and a road test.
These checks are performed only after you have received the disclosure and provided the written authorization that applicable law requires. You may decline, in which case we may be unable to continue processing your application.
14. Third-Party Platforms and Services
Our recruiting and operations may rely on third-party providers, including:
- job boards and recruiting platforms;
- applicant tracking systems;
- phone and SMS providers;
- email providers;
- background screening and testing vendors;
- hosting and cloud services;
- analytics providers; and
- payroll and benefits providers.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms, policies, pricing, functionality, and availability.
BILATO LLC is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, account restrictions, carrier filtering, API changes, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
15. Intellectual Property
The BILATO LLC website, branding, designs, graphics, text, photographs, and other original materials are owned by BILATO LLC or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
