As a motor carrier, BILATO LLC is required to investigate the safety performance history of driver applicants and to maintain records demonstrating that each driver is qualified.
Where we obtain a motor vehicle record, a Pre-Employment Screening Program report, a background check, a drug and alcohol Clearinghouse query, or another consumer report about you, we will first provide the disclosure and obtain the written authorization that applicable law requires, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act where it applies.
If information in such a report contributes to a decision not to hire you, we will follow the notice procedures required by applicable law, including providing a copy of the report and a summary of your rights.
You may request that we correct inaccurate information in records we control. Records maintained by a consumer reporting agency or a government agency must be disputed with that agency directly.
12. Children’s Privacy
Our website and hiring process are intended for adults.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child under 18, we may take reasonable steps to delete it.
