A recruiter calls
Inside working hours, from the number at the top of this page. We confirm which seat you want and what you are qualified for.
Before you apply
Company driver, owner-operator and shop are not variations of one offer. Each has its own pay structure, its own equipment and its own requirements. Tell us which one you want and a recruiter gives you that plan’s numbers.
Company driver
Driving our equipment, on our authority, with dispatch handling the freight.
| Pay | Quoted by a recruiter for the specific lane you are offered |
| Licence | Valid Class A CDL, with the endorsements the lane requires |
| Medical | Current medical examiner’s certificate |
| Record | MVR and PSP reviewed; a violation goes to a safety review, not an automatic no |
| Testing | Not in the SAP program; drug and alcohol Clearinghouse query required |
| History | Previous employment and safety performance verified, with your authorization |
| Home time | Depends on the lane. We do not advertise daily home. |
Contractor
Your truck on our freight. Bring the equipment details and we will be straight with you about the terms before anything is signed.
| Terms | Dispatch percentage and any operating charges quoted before you commit |
| Truck | Road-ready and insured; bring year, make and model |
| Trailer | Ask if you run bobtail |
| Documents | Valid authority and work documents as applicable |
| Record | Same safety review as a company driver |
| Earnings | Any gross figure discussed is gross, not take-home, and not a guarantee |
Shop
Keeping the fleet road-ready out of the Bensenville yard. A local job, not a driving one.
| Pay | Quoted by a recruiter |
| Location | 621 Busse Road, Bensenville, IL 60106 — a daily commute, not a relocation |
| Experience | Diesel and heavy-duty truck repair |
| Systems | Engine, brakes, electrical, aftertreatment, diagnostics |
| Tools | Your own basic hand tools |
| Schedule | Full-time; exact shift confirmed with the recruiter |
After you apply
No guessing, no silence. Here is the order things happen in.
Inside working hours, from the number at the top of this page. We confirm which seat you want and what you are qualified for.
Class A CDL and current medical card. We explain what else is needed and ask for your written authorization before running anything.
MVR, PSP, Clearinghouse and previous employment. A person reads the file and makes the call.
Pay, lane, equipment and start date, spelled out before you accept, not after.
Paperwork, equipment assignment, and whatever training the seat calls for.
Dispatch takes over, and you have a name and a number for when something goes wrong on the road.
Application
Tell us which seat you want and we will answer about that one. A recruiter calls back inside working hours.
